Hi Erica — this is the whole thinking behind partnering with She & HER, laid out so you can see exactly what we'd build together and what it's worth. It's a lot, so here's the short version and how to move through it. Take five minutes — the receipts are all here when you want them.
Six sections, front to back. Each one answers a single question.
How the partnership actually unfolds — from your yes to a role that compounds. Five steps.
You bring the truth in the music. We build the room, the audience, and the case that pays for it — and it only compounds from there.
A behavioral-economics study of how her culture, alignment, and psychology convert into dollar spend — her verticals, the brands that pay for that conversion, and what we ask.
She trains, she loves fashion, she carries a lived mental-health story, and her "Queer Christian" video made her a name to a million people. Erica isn't a Pride line-item or a "Black audience buy" — she is a universal wellness-and-self-affirmation artist sitting at a rare intersection. This study prices that intersection, and it does not lowball her.
The mechanism of this whole study, shown in the brands' own spend: cultural alignment is an economic input, not a sentiment. Audiences reward alignment with attention, attention becomes affinity, and affinity converts into loyalty and willingness-to-pay. Break the alignment and the value leaks; hold it and it compounds. Here is that conversion, in dollars.
A composite index of brand demand × pricing power × fit with her real life. Lead with the wellness × fitness × sapphic stack; fashion and music are the delivery vehicles; Black culture is one authentic thread, not the frame; Atlanta is a multiplier.
She left the church but kept God — and the brands worth having know that kind of truth can't be cast, only partnered with.
Her Worth prices the floor. This is the upside. The composite index measures what Erica is worth to brands as she already is — demand, pricing power, fit. It cannot see the value the partnership creates: the things neither Erica alone nor a brand alone can make, that compound every cycle. This is the number that turns a $25K Moment into a $300K+ Ambassador Year — and it's the more important one, because it's the part we own.
The benchmarks price who she is today. The engine prices who we become together — and that's the number that only moves up.
Fit is a 1–5 score on how naturally a brand maps to her verticals and life. Past spend is documented behavior proving budget and appetite. Our ask is the opening number, anchored high on purpose. Filter to see the breadth — 89 names across 16 categories, from mainstream wellness to footwear to fintech; click a column to sort. A conversion gap flag marks a brand whose cultural alignment has lapsed — an economic signal that its power to convert this audience into loyalty and spend has weakened, and the reason an aligned partner is worth most to it.
| Brand | Category | Fit | Documented spend behavior | Our ask |

Where the opportunity actually sits. Every category Erica fits, ranked by the average opening ask — a longer bar means deeper budgets. Each row shows how many real targets are in that category, a few examples, and the average fit (the stars). Read it top-down: the categories up top are where the biggest, best-fit money is.
"The ask" is simply what a brand pays to partner with Erica — the opening price She & HER names, anchored to the market benchmarks in this study. We never sell a single post; we sell three packages. They're shown biggest-first on purpose: the top number sets the frame, the middle package reads as the sensible choice, and category exclusivity becomes something a brand wants to protect.

How the ladder works — the whole game. Most brands start on the bottom rung: one night, one Moment. Run it well and the same brand climbs — a Moment becomes a Season becomes an Ambassador Year, the way a free trial turns into an annual subscription. Each rung is a bigger, steadier commitment, and the proof from the last night is what earns the next. For Erica, that's the jump from a one-time check to yearlong income she can plan a life around; for She & HER, it's one relationship worth six-to-ten times more — without chasing a new sponsor every time. (Erica's own tour deck names these rungs Bronze, Gold, and Platinum — the Platinum presenting partner takes all fourteen cities.)
And it runs under a 501(c)(3). The Return is produced through the Self Wellness Foundation, so a sponsor's spend is CSR-qualifying and tax-deductible — and because tickets are Pay-What-You-Can, those dollars literally open the door for someone who couldn't otherwise afford the room. The brand does well by doing good, on the record.
Culture, alignment, and psychology are not soft — they are the machinery that converts audience affinity into dollar spend. Eight forces set the number, all in her favor.
Atlanta is home — and it's where the mission shows itself. Like most big cities, Atlanta has two Prides: Black Atlanta Pride in September and the city's main Pride in October — and right now the community is split between them. Bridging that divide is the whole reason She & HER exists: one room that welcomes both, not one side. That's the hometown flagship. From there, Erica's Return Tour — already booked, November through January — becomes the national canvas we layer onto, city by city.
The tour already draws the room, and the immersive format is hers. She & HER adds the layer that turns a concert into community — and gives a sponsor something real to fund.
We don't need to build a tour — she already has one. We build the community layer on top of it, city by city, and the data comes home to us.
